    Mr. Jason Robert LeClair

    Artistic Director/Designer

    Jason Robert LeClair has his Masters in Art Education from the University of Florida and is an Honors graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Media and Performing Arts. He has been teaching the art of theatre in all aspects since 1999. Working in professional theatres as technical director, community theatres as artistic director and consultant, as well as high schools across the state and the east coast, he has earned a solid local reputation for excellence. President of the Rhode Island Theatre Education Association from 2010 – 2014 and Director of International Thespian Troupe 7444, Mr. LeClair continues to work in the realm of arts education encouraging the collaborative nature of the theatrical arts. His undying gratitude go to his wife, Gina, and his family. 

  • Dr. E. Justin Simone head shot

    Dr. E. Justin Simone

    Musical Director/Accompanist

    E. Justin Simone, Ph.D., Music Director, is an award-winning concert pianist, vocal and instrumental coach, music theorist, and financial planner based out of Providence, RI.  He has directed over 40 opera and musical theater productions and has provided his educational and musical services to numerous institutions and festivals throughout the world.  In 2010, he was named Assistant Director and répétiteur under acclaimed choral conductor Dr. André J. Thomas.  Among his notable concert venues are the White House, Kennedy Center, National Cathedral, Severance Hall, Wales Millennium Centre, Auditorium del Suffragio, Château de Losse, Minoritensaal, and Moscow and St. Petersburg Conservatories.  In addition to his music career, E. Justin is the Founder of the Rhode Island Wiffle Ball League (est. 1996; www.riwiffleball.com) and is a Chartered Financial Consultant®, Chartered Retirement Plans Specialistâ„ , and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.

    Mr. Christopher Cournoyer

    Technical Director

    Chris earned his B.A. from Rhode Island College in 2012, with a major in Technical Theatre. This is his fifth year serving as Technical Director for the Beacon Theatre Workshop. Additionally, Chris serves as Technical Director for Heritage Ballet, where he has been for six years. He has also worked as Assistant TD for Kaliedoscope Theatre, as well as many other community and educational theatre endeavors including freelance lighting design for schools and theatres.
