Leilani Amour Arenzana
Artistic Director Leilani graduated with her Master of Fine Arts Degree, Motion Pictures and Telivision with the emphasis in Directing at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Leilani owns Heavenly Eyes Productions Inc., a film/video company She has been involved in numerous major films and television worldwide which spans for 2 decades, including Matrix Reloaded, Nash Bridges, San Andreas, Ant-Man and a TV show on Hulu titled Chance. In addition to her zeal in filmmaking she also has a passion for performing arts and theatre. Since 2013, she has directed for NorCal Academy of Performing Arts, with a total of 9 musical plays including Alice in Wonderland Jr., Little Mermaid Jr., Grease, Annie Jr., The Wizard of Oz, Elf Jr., Aladdin Jr., Beauty and the Beast Jr., West Side Story, and now Cinderella Kids.

Francis Salamanca
Music Director Francis Salamanca was born and raised in San Jose, CA before leaving the West Coast to study music at Loyola University New Orleans graduating with degrees in Music Business and Business Administration. After 3 years based in Los Angeles playing with various recording artists and studio bands, he became a part time contributing musician for NBC’s The Voice in 2013, being mentored by Paul Mirkovich and the artists/coaches including Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams, and Gwen Stefani. He has toured with Ariana Grande and has contributed to over a dozen various album/studio recordings for various artists all the while working marketing and analytics for Capitol Records, NBC Universal, and Sony. Since returning home to San Jose Francis has been involved in 10 NAPA productions and has been the musical director of 5 of them (Elf Jr, Aladdin Jr, Mulan Jr, Beauty & the Beast Jr, and West Side Story).
