as Oz Dorothy
Mikaila is extremely excited to be playing “Technicolor Dorothy” in this year’s production of The Wizard of Oz. Previous roles include “July” in Annie, “Chava” in Fiddler on the Roof, “Wendy” in Peter Pan, and “Dorothy” at the Holy Spirit production of The Wizard of Oz. As well as the musical at OLMA, she participates in Varsity swimming and Select Chorus. Mikaila wants to thank Mrs. Gotay, Ms. Corbo, Ms. Racco, and Maggie for giving her a chance to bring to this wonderful role to life. Break a leg everyone!!!

Blake Mongno
as Kansas Dorothy
Blake Mongo, a senior at Our Lady of Mercy, is shocked at how quickly she’s reached her fourth and final year of Mercy players! From “Patty” in The Day the Music Died to “Elle Woods” in Legally Blonde, Blake is excited to take on the stage one final time as “Black and White Dorothy” in The Wizard of Oz. Aside from the play, Blake is involved in other musical activities such as teaching mixed chorus, guitar club, and liturgical music club, as well as being President of Tri-M. She would like to thank the cast for their hard work and the amazing memories they’ve shared. She also dedicates this performance to Ms. Corbo, Mrs. Gotay and Ms. Racco for making all of this possible, and creating a space she will always consider “home.”
