Kevin Miller
Director
As an actor, Kevin is currently working on a one man show as Ben Franklin at the Klein. He has performed at the Shubert in New Haven and at Mohegan Sun in the Bobby Darin musical "Mack the Knife", appeared off Broadway in "Surf City: The Beach Boys Musical", worked at Long Wharf Theatre in "Martin Night", and has done national commercials for Sherwin-Williams, Miller Genuine Draft, Spalding and Polaroid. As Stage Director, some of his 50 something shows have included "Guys and Dolls", "Grease", "Damn Yankees", "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying", "South Pacific", "Oklahoma", "Legally Blonde", and "The Drowsy Chaperone". Kevin just started work on the Italian verson of Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Mikado", called "Il Mikado" with Stamford's Troupers Light Opera Company and Disney's "Little Mermaid" at Bunnell High School.
Mitchell Weinbaum
Assistant Director/Backstage Manager
Mitchell is an independent film producer and the assistant director of Camelot. When he's not behind the camera, Mitchell finds himself drawn to the stage. Previous assistant directing credits include Annie, Urinetown, Arsenic and Old Lace, Sound of Music & Fiddler on the Roof to name a few. Come spring, Mitchell will be directing the Wooster Middle School musical in addition to teaching Stratford Recreation's own theater class! Mitchell is happy to be a part of the 1639 family, and considers himself very fortunate to be able to work with such a talented cast, crew, and of course, director Kevin Miller.
