Hello All,
“Come with me and you’ll be, in a world of pure imagination…” These words ring true for us as directors and throughout a person’s life. It takes a big imagination to take on this show! Children today do not wonder enough - busy lives take over, and we forget that it is important to dream and play.
There is a lesson to be learned for everyone in the audience. Beyond the surface message (too much of something can be bad for you in many ways), look for the small details that make a large impact. Be a Bucket, always thinking positive when life is difficult. In a world so inundated with technology and social media, take a moment (many moments!) to shut down and tune in to family and friends. Find joy and fantasy in the world, be happy. And once in a while, eat that candy bar!
We are so thankful for the production team we had for this show. Thank you to each one of you for helping us to make this the best show it could be for the kids. Thank you parents for all that you did for this show and thank you for sharing your kids with us.
Cast, we are so proud of you. You are imaginative, you are sweet, you have the golden ticket to your future. Always be a Wonker-er.
