    Kobie VanPortfliet is in 9th grade at AHS. Kobie has been in three of the Prairie Fire Theater Musicals, consisting of 'Sleeping Beauty', 'Snow White', 'Alice in Wonderland' and now AHS's 'Sister Act'. Kobie plays saxophone, piano and is in choir. Kobie would like to thank her parents and friends for always being there for her and supporting her.

    Kindrid Sandberg, a junior doing online PSEO through CLC, has been involved in the musical at AHS for three years. She has been in the past three one-act plays as Mrs. Sniperly in The Chronicles of Jane, Queen Elizabeth in Postcards from Shakespeare, and Rey in Darklight. She thanks Mrs. Blake for being a great director, as well as her parents for driving her to practice.

    Riley Belmore has been going to Aitkin high school for 1.75 years and is in 9th grade. Riley played the character Mason in the one act play. I thank Mrs.Blake for letting me participate in both one act and the AHS musical, my grandma and grandpa for putting up with going back and forth to town,and my best friend who if it wasn't for them I would have never thought about doing one act and musical.

    Allie is a graduate from AHS who has been very involved in the choir program. She has done tech for over 4 years now and is happy to see the growth of the students throughout their practices. Allie would like to thank her family for their love and support.

    Kelly Blake is an AHS graduate and has been involved in theatre for a very long time. She retired last June but came back for the 2020-21 school year to direct Handbells, Madrigals, Concert Choir, One Act Play and the Musical. Kelly is thankful for such a supportive husband (Gary) who willingly joins in on any adventure she comes up with. She also is thankful for support from her family, friends and community! "Theatre during a pandemic has been challenging but also rewarding. We can wear a mask, sing, perform and keep our choir family together."
