Sakina Ali

as Aunt Em/Good Witch Of The North

Sakina brings her long-living passion for music to her role in Mackenzie Music’s production of The Wizard of Oz. Sakina was also in Les Miserables (Mackenzie Music). She attends her school’s Chamber Choir, as well as Mackenzie Singers. Sakina believes that her amazing teachers, close friends, and family, are who motivate her, and make her the person she is.
Aidan Almanza

as Crow/Ensemble

Aidan is very excited to be participating in this year's production of The Wizard Of Oz. He helped in the previous musical Les Miserables (Mackenzie Music) as stagehand and ever since has been excited to be apart of the course. He is also in the Theatre Arts program. In the show he is portraying a winky soldier and a crow and can not wait to get feedback on his characters.
Noah Bellamy

as Uncle Henry/Emerald City Guard

Noah Bellamy plays Henry Gale and the Guard in this evening’s performance. Noah has musical experience and has been in one other musical before this. Noah is a part of the Theatre Arts program at Alexander Mackenzie, and would like to thank his mother and father.
Pietra Bertola

as Miss Gulch/Wicked Witch Of The West

Pietra is a grade 10 student in the Theatre Arts Program. She is very excited to perform her first show with Alexander Mackenzie as the Wicked Witch of the West. She is ready to conquer her first villain. Her recent roles are Nala in The Lion King, and Maria in The Sound of Music (Marquee Theatrical Productions). She would like to thank her teachers and everyone who made this show possible.
Nicole Blackstock

as Ensemble

Nicole Blackstock is a grade ten student, whom is beyond eager to be in the production of The Wizard of Oz starring as a Flying Monkey. Nicole was also accepted into the Theatre Arts (Arts Mackenzie) at Alexander Mackenzie High School and has participated in numerous performances and workshops with the Arts program. Nicole would like to thank all her friends and family for coming to see the show.
