  • Kylie Murray head shot

    Kylie Murray

    (Director) This marks Ms. Murray’s 4th show with ATC. Her performing arts career began as a Tour Actor/Director with Missoula Children’s Theatre working with children around the U.S., Canada, and Europe. After tour, she taught middle school theatre teacher in Arizona and then in FCPS. She served as Co-Artistic Director of Local Motion Project, a nonprofit dance organization in Alexandria, from 2016-2022 where she taught dance, trained teachers, co-directed a multi-generational dance ensemble (LMP Collective), and facilitated professional development for the Kennedy Center's Changing Education Through the Arts Program. In 2022 she returned to classroom with FCPS, first at TJHSST and then finding a new home at Annandale High School. She enjoys the outdoors, painting, drawing, indulging in watching character-driven teen dramas, and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Sara Lavan head shot

    Sara Lavan

    (Choreographer) Sara Lavan is a dance and movement educator who has spent her career building programs that center creativity, community, and well-being. She is a teaching artist with the Kennedy Center and the founder and former Executive and Artistic Director of Local Motion Project. She directed the LMP Collective, a professional dance company featuring women ages 25–55; created the intergenerational community production In Wonderland; and her dance film Not an Exit was selected for multiple film festivals. She has been featured on TEDx Oronoco Bay, in the University of Pennsylvania’s “Arts and Human Flourishing Lab” series, and in Dance and Dance Teacher magazinesThis is her first time choreographing for a musical, and she is deeply grateful for such an incredible experience!

  • Emi Eiting head shot

    Emi Eiting

    (Vocal Director) Emi Eiting is a former FCPS choral director turned freelance music director, conductor and pianist.  This season she has been fortunate to work on musicals with Justice, Annandale, HB-Woodlawn, Fairfax and Woodson High Schools. Emi supports various choral programs throughout NOVA, as well as the GMU Chorale. She teaches a Musical Theatre Bootcamp through AFYP each summer. In a past life she worked in professional theatre both on and offstage. She is a lifelong musical theatre nerd (MTN) and supporting high school theatre is her favorite thing!
