Amir Brown

is really happy to be in this year’s winter musical. This is Amir’s first musical. He has been singing since he was a little boy. Amir has acted and been in a Martin Luther King play and a Virgin Mary play. He hopes to be in more BHS productions in the future. His #1 supporters are his mom and dad, Terry and Christopher Brown. Lauren Brown

as Aunt Em

is a sophomore at BHS and is overwhelmingly excited to be a part of THE WIZ, one of her favorite musicals. Lauren participated in last year's spring theatre project, THIS IS US and hopes to be a part of future productions. Off of the stage, Lauren is active in BHS' All Ways Vocal and was selected to the All-North Jersey Regional Choir. Lauren loves to serve as a volunteer singer and share the gift of music at local senior homes, in the community, and abroad with engagements in Florida and St. Thomas, USVI. Lauren would like to dedicate this performance to her loving grandparents, especially her "Pop-Pop" who is her biggest supporter in music, and the rest of her supportive family. Enjoy the show!

Conner Carlin

as Lord High Underling/Uncle Henry

is a junior and this is his third Winter Musical and his 8th production at BHS. He has played Max the Salesman in PAJAMA GAME and Truffaldino in SERVANT OF TWO MASTERS and would like to thank Brandon Doemling for giving him such great opportunities. With the Gas Lamp Academy of Performing Arts, he played The Man in the Chair in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, Linus in YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN and Charlemagne in PIPPIN, thanks to director Corinna Sowers-Adler. Connor comes from a family of many performers and he hopes to follow in their footsteps. Love to Dad, Mom, and Grace.
