Mission Statement

Brown Working Theatre's goal is to provide a home for any student who is interested in theatre. Whether performing on stage or working behind the scenes (lighting, sound, costumes, sets and other aspects of stagecraft and production), students will have the opportunity to participate together in a creative collaboration to "tell the story."

Did you know? Brown Working Theatre does not receive funding from the school district other than modest stipends for faculty leadership roles. Your ticket sales fund everything from performance rights to costumes and props, lighting and sound equipment, and more. Thank you for supporting theatre at Brown Middle School!
