Samuel is proud to be working with Church of the Master Worship Arts for their debut show after having spent a year performing with Mid-Ohio Civic Opera in their productions of Amahl and the Night Visitors and Fidelio. Since graduating from Ohio Northern University in 2021 as a Music Performance / Electrical Engineering double major, he has been cast in such notable roles in She Loves Me (Steven Kodaly), Something Rotten (William Shakespeare), and Loot (Mr. McLeavy). He is thrilled to join this wonderful group of talented performers in portraying the beauty and power of the story of Jesus Christ in Godspell, and he invites you to open your heart and mind to the limitless love that Jesus calls us to show all people. David Hendricks is so excited to Sing about Love in Church of the Master’s inaugural musical production! Previous credits include Oliver with Westerville Civic Theatre, and Fiddler on the Roof with Gallery Players. At a time when cynicism, hatred, and violence can seem to be all that exists in the world, the messages of this show will hopefully remind everyone that there is so much potential for empathy, love, positivity, and generosity in people of all faiths and beliefs. Thanks as always to Gahanna Community Chorus and Kate Cremean for getting me back into performing, my cast mates, and my wife Jen, my kids, Mom, Dad, and my whole family.

Hello! My name is Alaina, but I also go by Lainey. I started doing theatre in highschool, and I danced in my school's show choir. I've just recently moved to Columbus last year so I'm excited to be performing again! I am also a singer in the Columbus Gay Mens Chorus.
