Adam Giard
Adam Giard is a 24 year old college graduate from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelors in Music. He has been involved with Ellington Community Theatre since its inception in 2014 with Honk! Jr., whether it be acting, playing in the pit band, or helping out in other ways. Other music directing credits include The Addams Family at South Windsor High School in spring 2022. It is his second summer as pit orchestra director for Ellington Community Theatre.

Rachel Ballasy
Rachel is THRILLED to be back for another summer with ECT. She's been involved with past ECT shows including Newsies (choreographer), The Music Man (Mrs. Squires/Dance Cap), Seussical the Musical (designer, Bird Girl) and Honk Jr. which was her first taste in directing! Rachel performs when she's not directing, either with The Sugartones or belting Broadway whenever she can! Favorite past roles include Olive Ostrovsky in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Katherine in The Taming of the Shrew and Toad in A Year with Frog and Toad. Up next, Rachel is excited to choreograph Jesus Christ Superstar with Opera House Players. Special thanks to her family, for putting up with her through the chaos, Jen, Susan and the ECT Board for having her back, the volunteers who built this beautiful show, team parking lot, and all of the wonderful people in her cast.

Jennifer Beatty
Jennifer Beatty is an actor and director who’s favorite past roles include Rosaline in Love’s Labours Lost and Doris Walker in Miracle on 34th Street. She has a B.A. in Theatre from Colorado Christian University and teaches art and drama to elementary and high school students at a private school in Manchester, CT, where she lives. She is married; has 4 children, and 5 cats! This is her first production with ECT and she thanks Rachel for the opportunity!
