Congratulations to the Company of Into the Woods for a truly magnificent production! My deepest gratitude goes to our extraordinary production team, led by Michael Herwitz, whose visionary leadership encouraged us to reach for the stars. To Michael, arts teachers & administrators, and guest artists—you have inspired the Into the Woods Company to soar to dazzling heights. I feel blessed to have worked with such a passionate and talented group of professionals.
To the cast, orchestra, crew, and the entire Technical Theatre Studio —you have my highest admiration. Words cannot express the pride I feel for each and every one of you. Keep shining brightly and dreaming big; there is no limit to what you can achieve.

I am delighted to welcome you to our All-School Musical Into the Woods. This production, brought to life by our incredibly talented students and dedicated staff, is a testament to the extraordinary work ethic, creativity, and commitment that defines LaGuardia High School.
This year holds special significance as we celebrate the 40th anniversary of LaGuardia High School. Over the past four decades, we have nurtured countless artists, musicians, dancers, and actors, and we continue to honor the legacy of our school while embracing the future. Our students continue to push the boundaries of excellence, and their hard work is evident in every aspect of tonight’s show.
Additionally, it is with great excitement that we welcome back a beloved member of our community—former Principal Kim Bruno. Kim’s return as the producer of Into the Woods adds a special touch to this performance, and her leadership continues to inspire us all.
