Mary Fitzgerald
Director
Mary Fitzgerald is excited to be returning to Firebird this summer to direct Winnie the Pooh KIDS. Mary has a BA from Fordham University in Theatre Management and is the current director of the Methacton High School Theatre Company. She loves getting to watch the excitement on the faces of young performers as things start to "click", and usually tears up during curtain calls because she is a big softie who loves seeing each new cast and crew get celebrated for their hard work. Mary also has an incredibly patient husband and two daughters, who she wouldn't be able to do this without.

Paige Alaishuski
Assistant Director
Paige Alaishuski (she/her) is a third year musical theatre major at Molloy University's CAP21 conservatory in NYC. She adores being onstage, but also enjoys taking what she's learned from performing and sharing it with young artists. This is her fifth year on the Firebird staff; last year, she worked on 101 Dalmations: KIDS, Willy Wonka Jr., and Moana Jr. She is thrilled to be a part of helping young performers find and nurture a love for theatre.

Cora Heiser
Music Director
Cora is a rising junior at West Chester University, pursuing a BM in Music Education: Voice. She is excited to be returning to Firebird for her fifth year on staff. Previously, she has music directed 101 Dalmations Kids and Willy Wonka Jr and also worked as stage manager on shows in 2023 and 2024. Cora has been a performer at Firebird since 2016, most recently playing Specs (Newsies) last summer. She is excited to be returning to staff, and cannot wait to see the kids thrive on stage!
