Mikaela Berner
Alumni Acting Coach
Mikaela is now a junior at FLA and a FLEC alumnus, where she attended her PreK to 8th grade years. She is an avid supporter of the importance of theater as a creative outlet, having been in multiple musicals and plays since her debut in Una Voce's Oklahoma Jr.! She has also helped with Una Voce's The King and I, Music Man Jr., and now Singing' in the Rain Jr. When she's not busy keeping up with classes, Cantabile, and any side job she stumbles into, she enjoys reading, acting, hiking, and drawing. Helping out with Una Voce has been something she looks forward to every year, hoping to help inspire the next generations of students to find a passion for the arts.

Lola is excited to be a first-time Una Voce mom, supporting her son Gabe as he explores his theatrical talents. She is grateful for the way Una Voce provides students with a safe, creative space to express themselves and build their confidence. A passionate supporter of the arts, Lola has contributed her expertise in photography, videography, and graphics to this year’s production. She owns Lola Cotto Photography and is also a family business investor. In her free time, Lola enjoys going to the gym, volunteering, exploring local coffee shops, and traveling to exciting destinations!

Mellie Ellis

Mellie is in her 4th year of being an Una Voce mom. She is grateful to Una Voce for all the opportunities it provides the students and has enjoyed watching the students shine.
While her first role is wife to Dave and mom to Mei Li and Jack, Mellie works part-time at AdventHealth. In her spare time, her favorite things to do are travel and go to Disney with her family.
