A THANK YOU NOTE FROM THE DIRECTORS
Each year we are amazed at how the community and school come together to support the students involved in the musical production. This year is no exception. As always, there are many who deserve thanks and praise for their efforts and hard work.
In addition to the students in the cast, we have students from the high school and middle school working backstage to make the moments on stage run flawlessly. Congratulations and a sincere thank you to all the Howitt crew members who work hard and are never seen in front of the curtain. A very special thank you to our former Howitt students who dedicate their own time to come back to their middle school and help our shows run successfully. Ava, Bobby, Joely, Kiara, Callie, Sofia, Shea, Ryan, AJ, Maury, Payton- your desire to give back to the school and program overwhelms us with pride. Thank you so much for all you do.
Thank you to ALL members of our production team. The music, choreography, acting, sets, scenery, and technical elements of our show are always top notch because of the dedication and passion of our staff members and students. Thank you to Mr. John Scelzo for constructing such incredible set pieces and finding creative solutions to bringing the magic to life in this show. Thank you to our conductor, Mr. Sam Gelfer, for putting together the most talented group of teachers and students for the pit orchestra. Thank you to Ms. Kate Shields and the Scenery Club for doing such a wonderful job painting. Thank you to Mrs. Alicia Byers and Mr. Eric Perles for supervising our crew members and keeping our show running smoothly. Thank you to Meghann Goff for going above and beyond to help the Howitt Players in such creative ways. Thank you to Mary Driscoll for your hard work all year round. Thank you to Connie Sheehan for fielding so much of our paperwork, calls, emails, and questions! Thank you to the Howitt custodial staff and security guards who help out during the week and on the weekends. Thank you to Dan the Man and Jeff Pritzker for helping with the technical setup of the show. Thank you to Mr. Greg Warnokowski and our Howitt Administration (Mr. Gavalas, Mrs. DePierro, Mrs. Marano, and Mr. McCloud) for your endless support of this year's production and the Howitt Players overall. And lastly, a sincere thank you to the faculty members who helped fundraise for the Howitt Players and have come to watch our talented students perform. You are all such amazing people to work with!
We would also like to acknowledge the following people who made this year extra special. First, thank you to actors Danielle Hope and Rob Bartlett for taking the time to work with the students in our cast. You gave them an opportunity and experience that they will never forget! Additionally, thank you to our incredibly supportive and generous parents. We are so lucky to have such wonderful people on our side!
