(Sally Bowles - Cabaret at The Chicago Academy for the Arts) is thrilled to be a nominee for the 2024 Best Performer in an Actress Role award! Recent credits: As You Like It (Rosalind), 9 to 5 (Judy), and A Little Night Music (Petra/Mrs Nordstrom). She would like to thank Andy Robinson, Aaron Umsted, Kasey Alphonso, Nathan Urdangen, and Kelli Harrington for making this incredible opportunity possible. Payton Fraser
(Cady Heron - Mean Girls at Joliet West HS) is delighted to return to IHSMTA. Last year, Payton was selected as Best Performer in an Actress Role for her performance as Suzanne Prevot in The Hello Girls, leading to her performance as a nominee at The 2023 Jimmy Awards®. Additionally, she has sung in three ILMEA State choirs. She would like to thank her family, friends, Tim DeBoer, Maggie Blackburn, and Lori Bowen for their support.

(Cain/Japheth - Children of Eden at Loyola Academy) is honored to be an 2024 IHSMTA nominee! Tommy is a current Junior in high school, and is planning on pursuing Musical Theatre in college. Some recent credits include Romeo & Juliet (Romeo), MAMMA MIA! (Sky), and Pippin (Lewis). He would like to thank his family, directors, friends, and BIC for the opportunity of a lifetime.

(Regina George - Mean Girls at Joliet West HS) is tickled pink to be a 2024 IHSMTA nominee! Past credits include: Truvy in Steel Magnolias, Helen in The Hello Girls, and Vivika in A Killer Party. She is a 4 year speech team member. She is hoping to pursue a BFA in musical theater. She would like to thank the IHSMTA team and her incredibly supportive family, friends, and teachers.
