Vanessa Stewart
as Rafiki
Vanessa is thrilled to be acting in her 2nd production with the Irving Youth Theatre. Her acting debut was Sebastian in The Little Mermaid Jr. Vanessa just completed 7th grade at Uplift North Hills Preparatory and has thrived as a competitive gymnast and Middle School Cheer athlete. When she is not on stage, Vanessa enjoys volleyball and indulging in arts and creative things. Vanessa would like to thank Mr. Hill and Dr. Hill for seeing her potential and for their tireless dedication and efforts which have shaped this production, and her family and friends for their unwavering support and encouragement.

Srihith Gorla
as Mufasa
Srihith just completed 7th grade at North Hills. He is excited to be in another performance, and his favorite role so far has been Chef Louis from Little Mermaid Jr. In his free time, Srihith enjoys practicing taekwondo, basketball, guitar. He would like to thank Mr.Hill, Dr.Hill, friends, and family for supporting him. If Srihith could be any African animal, he would be puma because of the brand.

Kaylee just finished 5th grade at Gilbert Elementary. She’s excited to be part of another performance. In her free time, Kaylee enjoys making art. She’d like to thank her family for always supporting her. If Kaylee could be any African animal, she’d be a snake—because they’re just so cool!

Reese Reagan
as Zazu
Reese just completed 4th grade as a homeschooler. He is excited to be in another performance with IYT. His favorite role so far has been the Great Oz. In his free time, Reese enjoys watching movies and hanging out with friends. He would like to thank his castmates and his family for working hard to help the show be a success, and his cast-mates who are very welcoming. If Reese could be any African animal, he would be a bird because then he could fly!
