Cain Phillips

as Joe Crowell

Cain is a freshman at LBHS, where his favorite subjects are theatre and multimedia. This is Cain’s second time on stage, after debuting as Jack in the TMS production of Into the Woods, Jr.  He is working hard at his craft and intends to pursue the business professionally.  He would like to thank Ms. Karol for inspiring him to perform in theatre and musical theatre.

Aaron Poe

Aaron recently moved to Southern California from Chicago, and while he has experience performing in musical concerts, this marks his debut in a theatrical setting.  Excited and grateful for this amazing opportunity, Aaron looks forward to being a part of the ensemble in Laguna Beach High School’s production of Our Town.  He hopes this is the first of many to come!

LBHS credits include Little Shop (Ensemble), Joseph (Reuben), Romeo & Juliet (Benvolio), The Diary of Anne Frank (Otto Frank), All Shook Up (Dance Ensemble), Night of the Living Dead (Tom), Eurydice (Orpheus), Cinderella (Ensemble), and The Man Who Came to Dinner (Metz/Sandy). Thanks to his parents for every late night rehearsal and early morning water polo practice.

Matysse Sybirski

LBHS credits include Romeo & Juliet (Ensemble) and Joseph (Brother).  In addition, Matysse was a production assistant on Little Shop and appeared in the TMS production of The Lion King, Jr. (Pumbaa). As Matysse continues pursuing theatre, she wants to thank everyone who has supported her, as well as her energetic personality, throughout her life and into high school.

as Mrs. Julia Gibbs

LBHS credits include Little Shop (Ensemble), Romeo & Juliet (Prince), The Diary of Anne Frank (Margot), Night of the Living Dead (Zombie), and All Shook Up (Ensemble).  Additional credits include Spamalot (Sir Robin) at No Square Theatre and The Lion King, Jr. (Rafiki) at TMS. Shelby would like to thank Ms. Karol, Celena, Angela, and her parents for always supporting her.
