Director's Note
Beyond their penchant for darkness, there are so many things to learn from this family. They accept each other completely, champion the extraordinary and in the face of adversity rally and overcome. I am so exceptionally proud of every member of this team who have come together to make our own, just as unique, Addams family.
Perhaps the thing I am most proud of with this show is how it embraces the theme of change in every aspect. As the new Lone Peak theatre teacher, along with the incomperable Alec Powell our new choir teacher, there are a lot of changes happening for us all. The students' desire to learn and grow is inspiring as we challenged them in new ways every day. You'll see the work of over 80 students on the stage today, and every one of them have grown in their skills tenfold.
To the cast, thank you for filling each of your roles so perfectly and bringing charisma, chemistry, and campness. To the crew, thank you for eagerly trying new things and being up for the challenge. And to you, the audience, we hope you enjoy moving towards the darkness as much as we have…
