Mikayla Poggi
as Dorothy Gale
Mikayla is a junior at Lyndhurst High School. She is very excited and thankful to be playing the lead role in The Wizard of Oz! She has been in musicals since 7th grade starring as "Maria" in Smile, "Annie" in Annie, "Chick Snip"/Ensemble in Little Shop of Horrors, and "Taylor McKessie" in High School Musical. Mikayla is also in band, jazz band, and serves as a co-vice president in chorale! Besides music, Mikayla is also a varsity cheerleader at LHS, is a part of FBLA, and is in National Honor Society. She will miss the seniors very much and wishes them good luck in college!

Matthew Madonna
as Scarecrow
Matthew Madonna s thrilled to be a member of the cast of “The Wizard of Oz!” He has previously appeared in High School Musical, Little Shop of Horrors, and Annie.

Michael Lavell
as Tinman
Michael Lavell is a senior at Lyndhurst High School and is very excited to be starring in his first and last musical in the high school. Michael has spent the last four years as a member of the high school band and the past two years as a member of the chorale. He also is a member of the LHS Bowling team and had won the Bergen County Bowling Tournament as an individual bowler last year. In addition to this, he has qualified for Bergen County Choir for the past two years. Michael would like to thank Mrs. Ruiz, Ms.Wise, Mr. Lang and Coach Dellosa for giving him the opportunity to be a part of this spectacular show, and wishes his cast mates the best of luck. Break a leg!!!
