Katherine Hoggatt
Kat has been involved in music for as long as she can remember. She grew up in Lake Mills where she was involved in theater, band, choir, and orchestra. Fun Fact, if you go back far enough in her family you will find a relation to JS Bach! She enjoyed her musical experiences so much growing up that she received her BA from UW-Madison in Music Education with an emphasis in vocal performance and general music studies. This included competitively performing across the midwest in Under A-Rest A Cappella. This is Kat's second year teaching 5-12 choir at Marshall and her first directing the musical. Previously, Kat co-directed show choir and musical theater at Lake Mills Middle School's summer program. She would like to thank her family for supporting her passion for the arts and always being her number one fan. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Rosalyn Doebereiner
Rosalyn is so thrilled to have this opportunity to be a part of the production staff and be the choreographer for SHREK THE MUSICAL. Rosalyn has been an actor in many shows in the past. A few of her highlights include: Urchin in Jefferson High Schools LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, Andriana/Seagull in Jefferson High Schools THE LITTLE MERMAID, Snow White in Fort Atkinson Community Theaters INTO THE WOODS, Fairy Godmother in Jefferson High Schools ROGER AND HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA, and Ensemble in Oconomowoc Community Theaters THE WIZARD OF OZ. Rosalyn is now in college and has ventured to being on the other side of the production as she took on the role as the choreographer for this show. She would like to thank both Kat and Kurt for this incredible opportunity, the cast and crew for their hard work, as well as her family for all of their love and support in her passion for the performing arts. Rosalyn hopes you enjoy this incredible show!

Kurt Nickelsburg
Kurt is ecstatic to be the assistant to the director for SHREK THE MUSICAL. Kurt has been in theater in some way for over 40 years as an actor, writer, director, and producer. His greatest joy has been to work with young actors for the last 7 years and creating shows with talented young people. Kurt would like to thank his mother Diane for introducing him to theater, his wife Erin and his children Liam, Miles, and Sam for sharing his passion for theater and allowing him to enjoy that passion. Kurt hopes you enjoy the show as much as he does.
