Brad Jones
Bassist, composer and educator, Jones has worked with many artists including Ornette Coleman, Elvis Costello, Elvin Jones, David Byrne, Muhal Richard Abrams, Sheryl Crow, Cassandra Wilson, Dave Douglas, Vernon Reid, John Zorn, Don Byron, Marc Ribot and The Jazz Passengers. He has released four recordings as leader. A Columbia faculty member, he has taught around the globe.

Victor Lewis
World-class drummer/composer Victor Lewis, made his recording debut with Woody Shaw in 1975 and has since played/recorded with a who’s who of jazz, including: Kenny Barron, Carla Bley, Stan Getz, Dexter Gordon, Earl Klugh, Hubert Laws, Abbey Lincoln, David Sanborn, and Grover Washington, Jr. In 2003 Lewis joined the faculty of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.

Alexis Morrast
Singer/composer Alexis Morrast, captivates audiences with a sophisticated restraint and innate command of phrasing, way beyond her years. Winner of Showtime at the Apollo, she has already graced stages from the Kennedy Center to Lincoln Center and has traveled to Africa and other nations. She’ll be joining Wynton Marsalis & the JLCO Orchestra’s 2019 Holiday Show.

Alicia Olatuja
Vocalist/composer/arranger Alicia Olatuja, combines the earthy & sublime, whether working in: regional theater; opera companies; gospel conclave and jazz festivals around the world. She has toured/recorded with: Chaka Khan, BeBe Winans, Christian McBride, and Billy Childs. Her own album, Intuition: Songs from the Minds of Women, features songs all written by women.

Daniel Sadownick
Versatile percussionist Daniel Sadownick has a Master's in Musical Education and studied composition, at NYU. Sadownick has toured/recorded with: Beyoncé, Michael Brecker, Al Green, Dianne Reeves, Steely Dan, and Taylor Swift. "I want to include all my influences when I play jazz . . . from the Art Ensemble of Chicago to Joe Zawinul, Cannonball Adderley to Frank Zappa.”
