BEN COHEN (Bootblack) A professionally trained character actor with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Northern Kentucky University, Ben Cohen is thrilled to be making his Los Angeles theatrical debut in Rembrandt Perfected. He was most recently seen on stage at Orlando Shakes during their 2019-2020 and 2021-2022 mainstage seasons in roles such as Francis in Henry IV Part 1, King Louis in The Three Musketeers, Ensemble in Evita, and Francis (again) in an original practice production of Henry IV Part 2. EDUARDO ARTEAGA (Francois Faucheux/Scenic Design/ Master Carpenter) is excited to be on the stage performing again. He has a degree in Theatre Arts from CSU, Northridge. Acting credits include: SANTA, Elf: The Musical; FESTER, The Addams Family Musical; HERR SCHULTZ, Cabaret; FATHER, Six Characters in Search of an Author. Most of Eduardo’s time is spent down the street at the CTG where he recently directed Clue: On Stage and Oliver! The Musical. Eduardo would like to thank Brad and Calliope for entrusting him with this fun role. Shout out to his Discovery Prep family and most importantly, he would like to thank Nicole, Judi, his parents, Martha & Trino, and fur babies Oliver, Bert, and Lily for their unending love and support.

 

 

 

 

BOBBY WILLIAMS (Policeman) is happy to be back at The MAIN with this amazing cast and crew. He has done many theatrical productions — including Harold and MaudeThe Laramie ProjectThe Hallelujah GirlsFuddy MeersSouthern Fried FuneralRumors, and The Red Velvet Cake Wars. He has written and appeared in short films, is in a Comedy Improv troupe, and soon in his first TV projects - History’s Greatest Heists on the History Channel and Judge Mablean on Justice Central TV. He’s so thankful to Director and Playwright Braddon Mendelson for casting him.

 

 

 

 

JOHN DAVID WALLIS (Dr. Charles Jackson) is a certified massage therapist and a graduate of UCSB. In 2022, he has played Mr. MacAfee in Bye Bye Birdie at Conejo Players Theatre, Snyder in Newsies at 5-Star Theatricals, and ensemble roles in Something Rotten! at Canyon Theatre Guild. He has also performed as Sweeney in Sweeney Todd, Roger in The Producers, and Frederick in Young Frankenstein.
