John's love of theater began in high school in Westport CT where he was proud to be a member of the Staples Players and stage technical staff. He has designed and built more than 20 sets for the Nordhoff Spring Musicals and this is his sixth year of making sets for Ojai Performing Arts Theater. John served as an Ojai Planning Commissioner for over two decades. When not engaged in building flats, he can be found riding his bike with the Ojai Cyclists.
