 Production Team 

Lisa Tanner (Choreographer) graduated from Stephens College, Columbia, MO in 1995 earning a BFA in dance with her repertoire emphasizing Ballet and Modern dance, but also including Tap, Jazz, African, Spanish Flamenco, Musical Thater and East Indian.  She also earned a BA in Psychology, and in 2005, earned her MSEd in Counseling from Western Illinois University. 
 
Lisa is currently a counselor at Davenport Central High School and assistant coach for the Central Blue Illusion Dance Team. She has choreographed several productions at Countryside Community Theater, her 3rd year on staff at North, choreographed the district-wide musical in 2025, Les Miserables and teaches at Belle Academy of Dance. Lisa loves working with the incredible directing team at North and the amazingly talented students!
 
 

 

Ryan K. Riewerts has taught vocal music in Davenport, Iowa, for 30 years and has served as Director of Choral Activities at Davenport North High School for the past 25. In addition to his work in music education, he has been deeply involved in theatre throughout his career as a performer, director, and music director.


Ryan holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Northern Iowa, where he was active in both vocal music and theatre. He has performed in more than 30 plays and musicals and has directed or music-directed over 40 productions.


He and his wife, Mary Beth, also a vocal music teacher in Davenport, have two children, Rebekah and Reece, both of whom remain actively involved in music and theatre. He is really excited to see the family dog Ruby have the chance to get on stage for a production.
