Maddie Lauffer

Trombone

Maddie, a junior, has been playing trombone for 7 years. She played in district band for 3 years and all state band for 1 year. She participates in the OS band program and is the principal trombone in the Kansas City Youth Symphony Academy Orchestra. She played trombone and sinfonia in the OS production of Les Miserables. She is a visual captain in the Falcon Regiment.
Riley Richardson

Trumpet

Riley, a sophomore, has been playing trumpet for 6 years. Riley plays with the OS Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and Falcon Regiment. He participated in the Olathe Youth Symphony for 2 years, ECKMEA Middle Level Honor Band, John Philip Sousa Honor Band and is a member of ECKMEA District Concert Band and KMEA All-State Concert Band.
Emma Skinner

Bass

Emma Skinner is a senior at Olathe South. This is her first time participating in the South theatre program and she is a bass player in the pit orchestra. She has been participating in sports at South such as wrestling, swimming, and track and field.
Carter Stokes

Trombone/Sinfonia

Carter, a junior, is a trombone player in the pit orchestra. He is the trombone section leader in the OS marching band. He also participates in the Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble at OS. Carter has played in the Sousa, District, and State honor ensembles. He would like to thank his parents and teachers for supporting his musical journey.
