Emily Phipps, Costume Coordinator
Emily is the mother to 4 beautiful girls, 2 of whom dance in the performance troupe. She loves to run, read, and spend time with family. Emily works as a sign language interpreter for many different organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys directing the chaos costume changes backstage during performances.

Jill Burk, Assistant Costume Coordinator
Jill is the mother of two dancers in the Paloma Performance Troupe. She loves supporting the dancers and assisting in the calm chaos that occurs behind the scenes. For her daytime gig, she is a communication studies professor at Penn State, Berks.

Belen Gurrea-Groves, Hair & Make-up
Belen was born in Ecuador, is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a college degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. She has ten years of experience in the high-end fashion retail industry, seven years of experience as fitness instructor, and experience in the beauty industry. Belen likes to sing, dance, shop, plan events and loves to spend time with her family.
