Hillel Finder as JAMIE
Hillel is excited and honoured to join his first production with the Persimmon Tree Players! He graduated from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in physics and astronomy. Since high-school, Hillel has been seen in many performances, including as Sir Andrew in Twelfth Night (2018) at the American Shakespeare Center Blackfriars Playhouse, and in more recent shows such as Charles Bingley in Miss Bennet (2023) and as Roy in The Trip to Bountiful at Live Arts theater.
Sean McCord as MAN
Sean Michael McCord is an internationally unknown theater maker living in Charlottesville, Virginia. When not writing plays, Sean is busy directing, producing, and occasionally wandering onstage and saying things in a funny voice. He loves working with Persimmon Tree Players and Victory Hall because they’re so scrappy. In person, Sean does not always refer to himself in the third person.
Whitney Bangley as ABBY
Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia, Whitney now has a small dog walking and pet sitting business primarily focused in a retirement community. Some of her hobbies include reading, quilting, and hiking. Recently, she performed in Uncle Donald's Conspiracy for Scottsville Summer Shorts. She wants to thank her husband Alex, for always supporting her passions.
Stephanie Hess as WOMAN
Stephanie Hess is pleased to be performing with Persimmon Tree Players again. Besides performing with PTP, she has performed with Four County Players, Live Arts, Act I/Play On!, Heritage Theater Festival at UVA, and Belmont Arts Collaborative. Her biggest claim to fame is that many, many, many years ago she was a cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles. Stephanie is a retired dance teacher who has lived in the Charlottesville area for 40 years with her husband Charlie.
