Derek Woods
Technical Director
Co-Founded RCT in 2010 with his wife Becky, and is the audio and video designer for all RCT productions. He is also an award winning reporter, producer and videographer. In 2008 he received an EMMY nomination for his documentary “Memory Brings Us Back: Irish Stories of Farewells and Fortunes”, and in 2017 served as Grand Marshall for the Bronx St. Patricks Day Parade. Under his direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine and was featured as a Champion for Change by CNN.

Julie Kaminski
Lighting Design
Julie has served as RCT' s production coordinator for the past 2 years. It's been a beautiful experience to get to know the young performers and see them grow throughout this experience. Julie is a dog care professional in Riverdale(Play/Pawsletsplaypaws.com) and works as an email marketer for a Healthcare startup.
