Becky Lillie Woods - Director
Becky has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Under her direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards Excellence in Theater Education Award.

Mieke Moll - Choreographer
is happy to be back with RCT teaching Broadway Kids and choreographing this fall/winter's productions of Rudolph and Matilda! Mieke is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and has been dancing since she was three. She has previously choreographed RCT's productions of Trolls Jr., Finding Nemo Jr., Wizard of Oz, Honk Jr., and Frozen Jr.

Victoria Ortiz - Musical Director
is a music director, vocal coach, and performer with a multi-genre background in voice and musical theatre. Certified in Somatic Voicework, she brings creative energy, technical precision, and a passion for empowering young artists. Past RCT credits include Alice in Wonderland JR. and numerous regional and educational productions. She has loved working with both casts!!

Suzanne Beaubien - Costume Designer
has created costumes for a long list of RCT shows. A lifelong seamstress and artist, she first put her skills to work at RCT when her own daughter started appearing in shows in 2016. Since then, she’s enjoyed working closely with RCT to bring to life such amazing productions as SpongeBob, Les Miserables, Mean Girls Jr., Frozen Jr., and Matilda Jr., among others.

Derek Woods - Technical Director
Derek Co-Founded RCT in 2010 with his wife Becky and is the audio and video designer for all RCT productions. He is an award winning reporter, producer and videographer. In 2017 he served as Grand Marshall for the Bronx St. Patricks Day Parade and was recently honored by the Aisling Irish Center. RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by Backstage Magazine and was featured in 2021 as a Champion for Change by CNN.
