Betsy Krausnick

Betsy's theater experience began in St. Louis, designing and building costumes for 11 different theater companies. Included in that group was five seasons with Circus Flora, two of which were at the Spoleto Festival. She was the crafts artisan at the Repertory Theater of St. Louis and designed shows for their Imaginary Theater Company. Betsy was a crafts artisan for OSF from 2009—2022.

Pam Thomas
House Manager and Event Coordinator
Pam is delighted to join the RTC team. A retired college English and linguistics teacher, Pam has long been a student of language, both on and off stage. She was an OSF company member for six years, serving first as volunteer and event coordinator and then later as bartender and members lounge host. She loves living in Ashland, where she works part-time for a local winery and enjoys walking the mountain trails with her dog, Allie.

Amy Bauman
Wordsmith
Amy has been editing/writing professionally for thirty plus years. Her experience ranges from advertising to organizational communications to book publishing at, among others, Golden Books, Gareth Stevens Books, and the National Writing Project. Her English BA comes from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, having split college between there and the University of Chaminade, Honolulu, Hawaii, where she first realized the joy—and practicality—of putting her skills to work as an editor. She opened her firm, Bauman Wordsmiths, in 2005.

Stephany Smith-Pearson
Literary Manager
Stephany is a writer, director, and performer. She was a long-time company member at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival where she worked in various administrative positions, including a stint as literary assistant. She holds a bachelor of fine arts in theatre from SOU.
