Mr. David M. Marshall
Producer, Technical Director, Pit Orchestra Director
Mr. Marshall is an acclaimed conductor, educator, composer, arranger, vocalist, saxophonist, & pianist. He is a 1998 graduate of Berklee College of Music with a B.S. in Music Ed & a 2010 graduate of American International College with a M.Ed in School Admin. He has been the Director of Bands at SBRHS for the past 11 years and this year was promoted to the position of Coordinator of Fine and Performing Arts. Under his direction, his students have earned many awards at competitions across the US. In 2006, he became the Director & President of the East Bay Association of the Arts, Inc. In 2008, Cambridge Who's Who named him “Executive of the Year” representing Music Education. In 2012, the US Army recognized him with a special award for "Excellence in Musical Leadership & Band Direction". He is also a freelance performing & recording artist, as well as a member of the music ministry at St. Mary's Church in Bristol, RI.
Mr. Samuel M. Bianco
Co-Director, Vocal Director
Mr. Bianco is a 2010 graduate of Ithaca College with a double B.M. in Music Education and Vocal Performance and received his M.M. from Boston University in 2017 in Music Education. Mr. Bianco is currently in his sixth year as Director of Choirs at Somerset Berkley Regional High School. His duties include: Director of the "Electrify" and "Amplified" Show Choirs, Concert Choir, Chorale and the Co-Director of the Spring Musical (2013 "Next to Normal", 2014 "Guys and Dolls", 2015 "Into the Woods", 2016 Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast”, 2017 “Sister Act”) As a singer and actor, he has performed as the Baker (Into the Woods), Peter (Jesus Christ Superstar), Coufeyrac (Les Miserables) as well as being a featured soloist and section leader for numerous choirs and churches.
