This show was an experience to say the least. When attempting to choose a show last spring- there was one that I was leaning towards doing- something that I was inspired to do while watching one of the current seniors in an audition for the musical his freshman year. I floated the idea out to the students and they weren't that excited about it, but Little Shop kept coming up as a poential, the only thing stopping me were the plants and knowing that somehow anybody that does Little Shop is going to have to tackle the monsterous duty of making or renting the plants. In comes Paula, David and the rest of the team at the Performing Arts Center! The plants you see tonight, Spring Valley will be the first to use, but not the last. These are for any high school in Richland 2 who would want to produce Little Shop. Without their dedication and help we would not be able to put on the show you see before you. We also need to give a very loud and special shoutout to Art teacher Jessica Atkins, who took on the monumental task, with some of her Art 2 classes, of decorating and bring the largest Audrey 2 to life in full color. There are several others who helped bring this show to life, please see them listed in the special thanks below. And remember... DON'T FEED THE PLANTS!
