DIRECTOR'S THOUGHTS
We announced that we would be performing MARY POPPINS in May 2019. We have 53 students in the cast and 35 students in the Technical crew. Work began on the set and props in August 2019. Auditions for parts started on the second Monday of school in August.
Without the tireless fundraising efforts of Mrs. Dawn Gibson, Mrs. Kathy Ketron and Mrs. Donna Sanders we would never been able to afford to rent the flight system. There are not enough thank yous to express our gratitude!
In this cast we have 2 Carolines and a Cari, an Eliza and an Elizabeth, 2 Hannahs, 1 set of siblings, 4 twin sets (one set and 3 single siblings), an Abby and an Abbey, a first name of Elliott and a last name of Elliott, 3 last names of Compton, 2 Jacksons, 2 Rileys, 2 Rachel Ms and a Rachael, 2 last names of Sanders, 2 Elis, a Calista and a Kallie, an Alex, an Alexandria and an Alexyia, and 2 Haleys... and you thought checking role was easy!
The cast's favorite numbers are PLAYING THE GAME and STEP IN TIME.
Mrs. Noah's favorite number is CHIM CHIM CHEREE

It took three weeks to paint all the letters on the hanging banners in the Talk Shoppe scene and to complete the kites.
In the Tech class, there was someone painting EVERYDAY on something for the set or props.
It took three weeks to learn the choreography and music to SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDICIOUS and STEP IN TIME.
