SPHS Productions has an amazing impact on students and the community, through our staged productions as well as many other theatrical activities.
We love performing in our beautiful Sun Prairie Performing Arts Center. This space gives students an opportunity to experience all aspects of theatre: performance, lighting, sound, set design, set construction, stage management, and arts management. The Performing Arts Center serves as a “living lab” and we are proud to say that each performance of our show is entirely run by students.
While this amazing facility provides exciting opportunities, it also presents financial challenges to make our shows come alive. Many Sun Prairie businesses help make our shows become some of the best Sun Prairie has yet to see. With these donations, we are able to defray the cost of costumes, props, publicity and set expenses, while providing students access to state-of-the-art theater technologies.
