PRODUCERS
JaNeika James and JaSheika James
The James Twins have had a lifelong love affair with film and television. Although they both set their sights on careers in the industry from an early age, their professional journeys took different paths.
JaSheika began her career on the hit series Desperate Housewives and Dexter, later working in post-production at ABC Studios. Her experience in the writers' room started with ABC’s Revenge, where she joined the writing staff in its third season.
JaNeika launched her career working for Yvette Lee Bowser on UPN’s Half & Half, and later worked with Jennifer Crittenden, Gabrielle Allan, and Sharon Horgan (Bad Moms, What’s Your Number?) at ABC Studios. She also worked in Scripted Development at VH1.
Together, JaNeika and JaSheika rose through the ranks from Staff Writers to Supervising Producers on Fox’s groundbreaking series Empire. They went on to serve as Co-Executive Producers on Netflix’s True Story and HBO Max’s Gossip Girl. Most recently, they served as Executive Producers on Peacock’s Bel-Air.
