    Cristina Sohns Williams ......Choreographer

    Cristina Sohns Williams was Artistic Director of the CSW Studio Of Dance for 28 years. She has choreographed for Dunmore, North Pocono, Lakeland, Abington, Honesdale and Northwestern Lehigh High Schools and Northampton Community College Theatre department along with NCC’s Summer Theatre and CaPAA in Scranton. In the past she has taught for the Scranton Civic Ballet Company, Linn McDonald School of Dance, was part of the physical education department of the University of Scranton and performed with Pocono Playhouse Children’s Theatre. Over the past 34 years, Cristina has choreographed or performed in over 200 productions. She is a member of Dance Educators of America and is an adjunct faculty member at Marywood University. She has choreographed for Stars Within Reach Productions in NYC, was choreographer for Harry Connick Jr’s Musical, The Happy Elf at The Scranton Cultural Center and has been the choreographer for the ARC’s Angels On Stage productions.

    Michael Lesnesky is the current director of bands at Valley View High School and has been teaching in the Valley View School District for twelve years. A native of Peckville and an alumni of Valley View, Mr. Lesnesky attended Marywood University where he received his degree in Music Education with an emphasis in electric bass and trombone. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the recipient of the Sister M. Claire Kelly award for highest GPA and overall music ability. At Valley View, Mr. Lesnesky directs the high school concert band, marching band, and jazz ensemble. Before moving up to the high school, he taught fifth grade beginning band lessons in the intermediate school as well as sixth through eighth grade band classes in the middle school. Tuck Everlasting will mark the fourth year that Mr. Lesnesky has served as the pit orchestra director for Valley View's musicals, and he looks forward to the continued success of our music department and theater program.
