    Brooke Lowrey

I am Brooke Lowrey and I have been in show choir for four and a half years! I absolutely love being part of this group because we really are like a family. We all learn so much from each other and we all work to make each other better! One of my favorite memories from show choir is when we performed and attended a workshop at Disney World my junior year. It was a truly magical experience at a truly magical place! Next year I will be attending Elon University in North Carolina where I hope to continue my involvement in the performing arts. Thank you to Mr. Neale and Ms. Rowe for helping us all become stronger performers and teaching us skills that we will carry with us forever. I am incredibly blessed to have had Villa Duchesne show choir been part of my life!

    Shelby Marshall

Hi, I'm Shelby Marshall! I have been at Villa since 7th grade and I've been in show choir ever since then! I have absolutely loved my time in show choir singing and dancing. My most memorable moment from show choir was when we took a trip to San Francisco and I was extremely anxious because I had never flown, and the entire flight there everyone was there for me. I felt really close to our choir in this moment and it was something I will always remember. Next year I will be attending Saint Louis University in the nursing program. I will always remember Mr. Neale and Ms. Rowe and how they impacted my career at Villa, thanks so much.

  • Madeline Mauzy head shot

    Madeline Mauzy

Maddie Mauzy is a third generation Villa Girl, and a "Villa Lifer." She is grateful to have had Mr. Neale, Ms. Rowe and Mr. Welch as her performing arts mentors each year since seventh grade. She credits them with helping her to make the most of her opportunities to perform in all four Villa musicals, as well as in those of Priory and of the nine seasons she performed at the MUNY. This summer, Maddie will direct the tenth anniversary show of Arch City Theater Troup, forty kids aged 8 - 18 from twenty area schools, which will deliver three performances August 8th, 9th and 10th at the new John Burroughs Performing Arts Center - with proceeds benefiting Juvenile Diabetes Research. This fall she will attend Georgetown University in Washington D.C. where she will study Government, Politics and Policy, and play a role in the performing arts department. Peace, Love, Purple Sequins.
