  • Brad Willcuts

    Director

    Brad’s professional credits span Broadway, National Tours, International Theaters, Regional Theaters, and the Metropolitan Opera. He serves as Associate Director/Choreographer for a Dolly Parton musical entitled Here You Come Again currently touring the United Kingdom. Broadway and National Tour: Amazing Grace, International: Legende Holmes (Holmes the Legend) at the Karlin Theater in Prague, Czechia, Met Opera: Porgy and Bess. D.C. and Regional: Mother Courage and Her Children, starring Kathleen Turner at the Arena Stage, Romeo and Juliet at The Shakespeare Theatre, Regional: The Fantasticks (World Premiere) at Flint Rep among others. Currently, Brad is a tenured Associate Professor of Musical Theatre and Choreography at Michigan State University where he oversees the New Musical Laboratory and is the Head of Acting. Born and raised in Walla Walla, Brad is grateful for the support of his wife Natalie, sons of Harris and Calvin, and his Walla Walla family.

  • Robb Harrison

    Music Director

    Robb Harrison is the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Walla Walla Choral Society in Walla Walla. In addition, he teaches Choir and Drama at College Place High School in College Place, Washington. Prior to his educational career, Robb spent a number of years as a professional operatic bass-baritone and musical theatre performer. Robb holds a B.M. in Music Education and a Masters in Education from Willamette University and a Masters in Vocal Performance from the University of Arizona. 

     

  • Katie Janis

    Choreographer

    Katie Janis is so excited to present her choreography in Beauty and the Beast! After growing up training in ballet at The Dance Center of Walla Walla, she went on to the University of Washington in Seattle. She earned her BA in 2023, majoring in Dance and minoring in Theater and was awarded the Mary Aid DeVries Scholarship for her artistic endeavors. You may have seen her choreography around town in Walla Walla Summer Theater’s The Secret Garden, Walla Walla University’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Dance Center’s production of The Nutcracker, or Walla Walla High School’s recent production of Little Women. She is currently a teacher at Walla Walla Summer Theater and Washington Ballet AcademyThank you so much for attending and enjoy the show!
