The Waverly-Shell Rock Musical Theatre program has been committed to making this an educational experience for all cast, pit, and crew students. Everyone who wants to participate has a place to do so. Some come with a tremendous amount of skill and talent, others may not have been on or around a stage before, but everyone is in. We measure success by growth as opposed to perfection. Performing for an audience is the summation of this experience. All production elements from the box office to the sound booth and the dressing rooms to the pit function with student direction and involvement, including striking the set after the Sunday show. Thank you for being a part of this learning experience and supporting the growth of Theatrical Arts at Waverly-Shell Rock.

Buddy the Elf (James Lockie) autographed an original artwork by a young fan at Shell Rock Elementary. A small group of the cast visited North Ridge, Prairie West, and Shell Rock Elementary to promote the show and share the gifts of being a part of a musical production. |
