From the LTC President
Welcome to The Addams Family!
On behalf of the entire cast and crew of The Addams Family, thank you for coming and supporting us and our show! We could never do what we do without an amazing audience and the support of our families and friends.
I began participating in theater when I was in sixth grade. I was terrified and shy, and never talked unless someone else talked to me. If you told sixth-grade me that I would become the president of the WHS Little Theater Club after four incredible years of theater at the high school, I never would have believed you. Now, I couldn’t picture my time at the high school ending in any way other than as a part of this amazing community. As a senior who has participated in shows for all four years of high school, it pains me to say goodbye to the community that became my safe place. While I will be continuing to participate in theater in college, I know that nothing will be the same as this community that I’ve had the honor of being a part of.
Theater is special for countless reasons and every show is different, from comedy to drama to Disney. While participating in the shows has truly been incredible, the most influential factor in my time in WHS Theater has been the people. Every person in the cast, crew, and production team, makes theater the amazing experience that it is. We hope you know that your support is essential and appreciated, not only because it improves our shows, but because it gives us the opportunity to create the WHS Theater family.
Thank you again from everyone involved in The Addams Family. We have all been working insanely hard for months, and we can’t wait to share this story with you. Your support means the world to everyone involved in theater at the high school, and it makes a huge difference.
