as William Hooper
This is Sofia Davila Miranda's second Woodson Drama production and her first time ever working on a musical. Having no prior experience in music, she is mildly overwhelmed with the choreography and singing, but is certain the show will be spectacular. Sofia hopes everyone enjoys Woodson's production of 1776 and learns something from it. She would like to thank every single extremely hardworking actor, techie and adult who has been a part of the process, especially Mr. Rushing. Sofia looks forward to working on more drama productions.

Cat is so excited to be in their 3rd Woodson Drama production! They're so proud of how much work the cast and crew have put into 1776 to make it an incredible musical. Cat would like to thank their friends, family, and Spotify for their love and support. Thanks to America as well for its creation so that we could do this. Enjoy the show!

Yeamlak Tekabe

Yeamlak Tekabe is embarking on her third Woodson production. She is so honored to be apart of this show that is filled with memorable characters that reveal more about the events that led to signing off the most important document in American history. As an Ethiopian immigrant, Yeamlak has viewed these important figures in a different way than others. She is glad that the show provides insight to the dark truths in the same founding fathers who were marked as "heroes" in history.
