  • Thom Newman head shot

    Thom Newman

    as John

Thom arrived on Kauai close to twenty years ago attached to work with no creative outlets. Living here he's had the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of plays and musicals and so grateful for the opportunity to live with such joy! Some of his favorites have been "Joseph", in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, "Joe" (shoeless Joe) in Damn Yankees, and a Neil Simon comedy, Laughter on the 23rd Floor. Now playing, "John", in Miss Saigon allows a role with a message that is powerful and moving. For all the Bui Doi, be they actual or knowing the feeling of being outcast... "Thanks for the opportunity!"
