Ian Carnahan is a senior who’s been involved in drama for 11 years. He plans to go to the University of Illinois and major in acting. His favorite role has been Lonny in Rock of Ages. He would like to thank his family, friends, and Marie Jagger-Taylor. “When life gives you lemons, see if you can get a refund because I asked for sweet tea."
Karena Ozier

as Susan Pevensie

Karena M. Ozier is a senior who plans to attend Eastern Illinois University to major in elementary education. This is Ozier’s 4th year in drama. Last year she played Molly Jensen in Ghost the Musical. Ozier would like to thank God for never leaving her side, her boyfriend, and her family and friends for all of their support. “When life gives you lemons, get a refund because you don’t like lemons and you prefer limes.”
Jacob Deetz

as Edmund Pevensie

Jacob Chamberlain Deetz is a senior at Meridian High School. He plans to go to Richland Community College for two free years then going to Millikin University to become an English teacher. He has been in drama for seven years and his favorite role has been Sam Wheat in Ghost the Musical. He would like to thank all of drama for being in drama with him and his family for supporting his dreams. “I asked for no mustard and you just gave me mustard on a plate.”
Hallie Gates

as Lucy Pevensie

Hallie Gates is a freshman who has been doing musicals and plays with the Decatur Park District for seven years. This is her first year in Meridian High School drama and her favorite role was Ms. Hannigan in Annie. She would like to thank her parents for putting up with her constantly singing in the car and Ms. Marie for teaching her how to be confident on stage. “Ahhhh! Stop! I could’ve dropped my croissant!”
