Kyle Stafford
Founder/Artistic Director
Kyle Stafford (he/him/his) is JAZZED to be directing this brilliant cast in THE TRAIL TO OREGON! As part of the next generation of American theatremakers, Stafford owns his own theatre company, the Act One Project - which you’re attending a performance of tonight! Previous theatrical credits include: Basilius in HEAD OVER HEELS, Dave in GHOST QUARTET, and Paul in DEATH AND OTHER GIRLY THINGS. When not found onstage or in the wings, Kyle can be found finishing his studies of Musical Theatre at the Orange County School of the Arts or behind the bar at Starbucks, making one-to-many frappuccinos. Kyle recently committed to DePaul University for his college experience, where he’ll be studying Theatre Management! Maya Bleszinski
Resident Music Director
Maya Bleszinski (she/they) is thrilled to be the musical director for THE TRAIL TO OREGON! This is Maya’s third show with Act One Project, and her second time Music Directing. Her first being GHOST QUARTET. When not behind the piano, Maya can be found performing onstage, studying musical theatre at the Orange County School of the Arts, playing hockey, or spending time in Disneyland. Previous credits include: Molly in 13, Arvide in GUYS & DOLLS, and Veruca Salt in WILLY WONKA. Haven Hanson
Haven is a multi-hyphenate production designer whose scenic, costume, hair and makeup designs have graced stages all over Southern California. Highlights of his professional design experience include productions for Laguna Playhouse, Tustin's Broadway In The Park, Braver Players, The Music Room, and JStage Irvine. Haven was trained in the Production and Design Conservatory at the Orange County School Of The Arts, and was named Musical Theatre West's Costume Design Scholar of 2022.
