Growing up is one of life’s greatest achievements and greatest challenges. Thank goodness for theatre!!! At least for the kids at Neverland Theatre Camp. Join us on a whimsically adventure as we meet the theatre kids of the camp and follow Junie, an introvert, who’s longs to make their very own friend. Will her social awkwardness stand in her way? Or will she be as inspired as the others to step out of her comfort zone and onto the stage? Find out why theatre camp is the best place for inspiration, innovation, and pure imagination!!
Proud is an understatement when it comes to the efforts and accomplishments of this cast over the past four months. They came in with big eyes and hungry for musical theatre and they have done a remarkable job taking all the direction, singing, and dancing that the directing team has thrown at them.
To the team of directors that were involved in Pure Imagination. THANK YOU for sharing your time, talents, and energy with Act Out Enrichment. Special thanks to Brittany McMains, Jessica Kuehl & Chenique Murphy, Emily Davila, Melissa Dupont, Jaclyn Burns, Thomas Trammell, and Josh Pearrow for all of their hard work making this story come to life. It has been a pleasure growing a team of like-minded individuals who love theatre as much as I do!!
Thank you to all the parents for supporting us throughout this process. Your hours of chauffeuring your kids on the weekends and assistance with props, sets, and backstage help doesn’t go unnoticed and we couldn’t have done it with out you. It takes a village to make magic happen on stage, and it is so much fun to not only work with the kids but the parents too during this wild adventure.
Thank you to the Box Theater for allowing us back into their space for more live entertainment. Providing these kids with a professional atmosphere is such an amazing opportunity we look forward to what the future has in store.
I would like to thank my parents & sister, Jamie, for their endless support and encouragement to follow my dreams. To my husband, John, and two boys Rylan (8) and Trevor (4), "Thank you for all the love, support, and patience”.
"I hope to provide artists an outlet for Theatre, Music, Dance for now and years to come.” - Bethany Schultz
This show is dedicated to Nex Benedict and all other kids who are just looking for their safe place to be themselves.
