Disney's Finding Nemo KIDS - March 19 - March 20, 2026

Alderman Road Elementary

 Acknowledgements

This year's production could not have happened without the program Disney's Musicals in School! We are so blessed to have been chosen as one of the schools in the U.S. to be a part of this program! We are excited to be able to bring theater to an elementary level & with the help of Disney, we were able to do that again this year. Thank you Disney!

A special thanks goes out to the ARES Arts & Crafts Club for creating our beautiful coral pieces seen throughout the stage & multipurpose room. Those students really outdid themselves & brought so much creativity to our set. Thank you to Mrs. Crocker & Mrs. McLeod for leading those students through this project.

We would love to give a heartfelt thanks to Ms. Robyn Priest for taking time to give our rock a face-lift, creating our "butt" (boat) and all of the other creative touches she put towards our show! We appreciate her & her creative heart.

Thank you to the ARES PTA for purchasing items for the show, running concessions & ticket sales and for always being there for our team! We appreciate you all so much!

Thank you to all of the ARES Staff that helped in various ways throughout the year with setup, creating props, costumes or set pieces, and always lending a helping hand when we ask. We appreciate you!

Thank you to our leadership team for allowing us the freedom & opportunity to bring this art form to our school so we can provide our students exposure to the arts.

A very special thanks to all of the parents. Without you all at home, we could not have brought this show together. Between running lines, having the songs on repeat, getting costumes, arranging transportation, & chaperoning our field trip, you have helped make our jobs easier & more enjoyable! We appreciate you all so much!

Thank you to Sound Imaging for providing our sound system to create a more emersive experience throughout the show.

Thank you to our "special guest" in the show for helping us bring a smile to everyone's face.

We also want to thank the local theaters who have helped with props, set pieces, costumes etc. These theaters include Eastover Central Elementary School, Purple Door Productions and Artist Village. We appreciate your continued support with putting these shows together.

A special thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Potter for purchasing the materials to build our set pieces. We appreciate your generosity.

Thanks to Mr. Meek for helping cut set pieces & the many other little things.

A special thank you to Justin Vincent for building our actor blocks for us to use for this show & shows to come. We also thank Candice Faircloth for painting them & adding the felt to keep them from being loud & marking up the stage.

We are so appreciative of everyone who assisted us with our show in every way. Your help has not gone unnoticed.
