The Addams Family - November 07 - November 09, 2024

American Falls High School

 End Notes

From the directors...

To our audience:

The play you are about to watch is, above all else, about living truthfully. The hope is that as we live truthfully, we find our talents, our joys, and our people. As you spend the evening in the Addams home, I hope the finished product you see shows evidence of the hundreds of hours spent designing, building, sewing, dancing, choreographing, painting, acting, singing, and, hopefully, finding that truth. Please enjoy the show.

To our Cast & Crew:

You've done it once again! Months of work finally on display--memorizing lines, music, choreography, fine-tuning characters, building sets and creating props, painting, costumes,...there's so many pieces to this crazy puzzle we call a musical! However, the true beauty of what we create in each performance goes far beyond the stage.

Theater is a powerful medium for finding the best in each of us, and each of you bring out the best of what we have to offer to each other. Seeing the ways each of you grow into your character (find your voice) is what makes all the hours outside of school worth it. It's each of you that make the production whole, and that provide a profound and meaningful theatrical experience at American Falls. Keep pushing each other to grow as performers and as individuals!

As they say...  "It's family first and family last and family by and by -- when you're an Addams, you do what Addams do or..."

From the seniors...

On behalf of all senior actors, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our parents, friends, and most importantly, our directors. For the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of working with Mr. Lammers, and we all agree these years have been among the best of our time in theater. He has inspired us to become the best versions of ourselves, even when we may have pushed back. This show has been an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have been a part of it.
