Thank you for supporting our production of Done To Death! This has been a fun foray into the world of murder mysteries, and we have learned a lot through our exploration of how the styles have changed over time. I am proud of the work our students have put into this production, and thankful for the support and leadership of my collaborators, Bryan Bunch, Gwen Muncy-Champitto, and Heather Strickland. We hope that this production offers you a little respite from the real world, as you escape into our imaginary one for a few hours. Thank you, as always, for supporting live theatre and choosing to spend your time with us. The opportunity to create art is a privilege and a gift, and I encourage each of you to try it. In the words of Kurt Vonnegut,
"Practicing an art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow... Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possibly can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something."
We sincerely hope you enjoy what we have created tonight - and if you don't, blame the author :)
